These months seem to come
around so quickly that before I even realise what I’m doing, I’m writing this
post. I struggled to find things I have been loving this month, so there are
only 4 products. Sorry but I just don’t want to be one of those people that
just post about whatever as they just need to have faves.
Bananas
This is so weird but 2
weeks ago if someone asked me if I wanted a banana I would’ve said, ‘no, I don’t
like bananas, I know its weird right I mean I feel like everyone likes bananas
but I hate the texture and they just taste gross!’. Now I would say yes please!
No clue what happened but I love bananas, which is strange since I don’t really
enjoy many fruits.
Mac Crosswires
This lipstick is perfect
for every day, I’ve slowly been moving away from the brown nudes and this
colour is as bright as I feel comfortable wearing on an everyday basis. Estee
from EssieButton made (kind of) buy it and I don’t regret it slightly.
Maybelline Colour Tattoo
in Bad to the Bronze
I wear an eyeshadow base
every day, yet I had forgotten how good these are! My friend said hers have
dried out and I thought mind had too but I just spun my finger around in the
tub and it undried quickly (I believe it was just the top). This is perfect for
an entire eyeshadow look, if you’re feeling basic like me.
Jessup Duo Fibre Brush
Sally Jo said in one of her
videos how when you’re pale, it’s easy to want to avoid blush especially
pigmented ones as you don’t look flushy and cute but rather an awkward child
who has just found their mother’s makeup. True. She recommended using a due
fibre brush as it applies it lightly, and I have done just that and found it to
be most effective!
ChiChi Cosmetics Lipstick
in Social Climber
As I said above for
Crosswires, this has been helping me come out of my comfort zone. This is a cheaper
alternative. All ChiChi lipsticks are beautiful formulations and I think people
who a turned off because they seem “cheap” are snobs #draggingsomeone
Maybelline Age Rewind
This is a concealer, right?
Wrong. I’ve been using it as a foundation as there are hardly any foundations
that are pale enough for me. It looks really smooth over acne and does a
fabulous job of yanno, being a foundation. Maybelline, maybe come out with a
foundation same consistency?
Eyebrow Brush (Priceline,
unsure brand)
No clue this brand but it’s
so hard to find an eyebrow brush but this one is pretty damn good and brushes
dem brows out.
Playlists
I have been obsessed with
making playlists on my iTunes lately. My current playlist is called peanut
butter and jams and some songs I have been enjoying are:
Drag Me Down- One
Direction (say what yuou will, this is a jam)
All Too Well- Tay (scream
this like a monologue in your car, amazing)
Backseat Freestyle-
Kendrick (always incredible)
Do It Again- Pia Mia
Only- Nicki
Thanks for reading! Have a
good day/night xx
