Hello again! Well it’s
that time of the month again (nope not that one!). It’s favourites time!
Last month I was on a
spending ban, and this month I haven’t bought a lot either, as I’m currently in
Melbourne and have been saving so that I can spend big there, or here as it’s
where I will be when this goes up!
Reserved Pillow
My first favourite is this
pillow! I bought it because it reminds me of the reserved sign on Friends. I
bought this from Kmart for $10 and I feel as though it just completes my room.
Chelsea Riding Boots
These boots made my life
50% better not kidding. They were $60 from Dotti and are so amazing. I decided I
wanted a pair of these and went out the next day and bought these. They go with
everything and I want to wear them all the time.
Face of Australia
Translucent Powder
I have been using the
Rimmel Stay Matte for 2 years or so and this one might actually beat it. It feels
so soft on the skin and lasts all day! I bought this reduced so I’m not sure if
it’s being eliminated but hopefully not!
Face of Australia Primer
This primer is so soothing
and is a nice creamy consistency. Nowadays I usually use 2 primers and this one
does a fantastic job of keeping my makeup on all day.
Ebay Brushes
I know some people hate
buying brushes from ebay but these ones were like $2 and I am in love. They’re
not the best quality, but the tiny brushes are perfect for the outer corner and
the flat brush is perfect for neatening around my brows.
Maybelline Gel Eyeliner
This formula is long
lasting and incredible! I apply it with the dry master precise and it is
perfect! It’s made eyeliner so much easier!
Face of Australia “Gold
Rush”
Buy this just for the
matte brown. This is the perfect crease shade and goes with literaly
everything. I haven’t tried the other shades yet but I would assume that they’re
the same formula.
Topshop Blush “Good Girl”
This is a perfect “cheeky”
colour. I definitely need more of these blushes. When I’m in Melbourne, I’ll
have a look out for a topshop.
Bourjois Happy Light
Concealer
I use this concealer on my
red pimples, pre-foundation. It’s a bit too dark but blends in well and the
darkness disappears. The lighter shade was far too light so I thought I’d best
go darker. I’m glad I did.
Well, those are my favourites.
I hope you’re all having a nice day and that you’re ready for The Melbourne
Files…
xx
